Too easy to do yourself. Take out the valve inner and clamp a garden hose to the valve. Rotate the valve to the 10 o'clock position first.

Crack the line just after the lift pump. There may be a blockage from the tank.

Is the alternator charging? Low battery voltage will not allow the PTO to engage. Check hyd oil level.

Check the safety switch under the seat and the PTO safety. Since the glow plugs don't come sometimes, check the ignition switch too.

Just make sure you turn the acetylene off first.
