Nor Trac 204C with the yangdong Y380T engine, 3 cylinder diesel. It starts right up but has no power. It runs at 2 mph tops, all the hydraulics work, front loader, gannon. It has 135 hours on the motor but the exhaust is showing a white to light gray smoke. Any suggestions?

Just purchased Used 2004 Nor Trac 20 p diesel 3 cylinder. It is 4wd front loader rear Gannon pto drive, again it is used and will need hoses repaired and or replaced, some new seals possible injectors and rear tires. So I知 looking for advice and pointing me to vendors who sell parts. Thank you...
