Would anyone out there be able to help me tell who made this blower and possibly the model? I know i'm reaching, but I picked it up used and there is no info left on it. Only thing on it that's still somewhat readable is a warning label.

Quick qestion guys... didn't see it in the manual. Is there a way to put it in true neutral, like a freewheel mode? Needed to roll it back a few inches and for the life of me can't figure out how.
