I’ve had the mighty mule one for about 15 years . It only has a range of about 400 ft . But my drive is only 800 . So 400 gives me ample warning of guest . I have though about the Dakota . But it is fairly spendy ,and the mule hasn’t failed .
5ft grapple , Hd bucket W tooth bar ,pallet forks ,5ft brush hog , 7ft rear blade ,8ft landscape rake ,PHD , and just ordered a stump molester from Quick Attach .
Got my root grapple a couple of weeks sooner than promised . Very well built ! It’s hard to describe how useful this thing is .
Should have bought one years ago . Can’t thank the folks at EA enough for making buying this a pleasure .
First , it’s not safety chain , it’s low kick back . The hump out in front of the depth gauge makes the depth gauge less aggressive as it passes Round the tip of the guidebar somewhat reducing ,but not eliminating kickback entirely ...
Ordered the Wrg-CMP-66 double top root grapple today . Gotta wait 3 months . But there are worse things in life . Seems like I looked at every grapple offered anywhere . And I kept coming back to the EA site and this grapple in particular . Looked to be about the best thought out design or my use .

For the past 10 years ,when I plow my drive , I plow my neighbor's drive . Takes maybe 15-20 minutes ,and I enjoy doing it .
They always are appreciative , and that's enough payment . Today I was over just visiting with them , and they hand me two gift cards, one for Lowes ,one for Red Lobster...
Apologies , I'm sure that this has been covered a lot . But, I'm about to buy a diesel genset that has a 100 gallon tank ,and will also want to keep at least 100 gallons on hand for refilling. . How long will fuel treatments like Stanadyne , and a good biocide keep the fuel fresh ?
So , I really like it . Starts easily ,it's very light ,and very importantly as its my wife's saw .... She likes it . I can only compare it to her 346 xp (OE),but even though it is on its first tank , it seems to have more grunt . I had it buried in locust and oak for most of its first tank and...
She might not be a world beater , but I'm pleased ! This is running an 8 pin rim sprocket .

At what temps does hydraulic fluid start breaking down ( aw 32 and 46 ) ?
The reason I'm asking is that my splitter has a relatively large capacity pump vs the oil tank size . 16 gpm v 5 or so gallons . I'm...
You could only have one saw for the tasks You do , what would it be ?
I've got a 346 ,372 , 390 XP .and Ms 044,but I think it'd be a tough choice .
Being just a home owner type , I'll go with the 390 XP . :)
Well , not really new , it's been tried time and time again . This system may just work ,even though I thought it was a joke when I first read about it . I've linked the entire thread . It goes on for something like 7 pages . The Video of the system is in post # 8 .
But , If You have the time...
