    Tire Chains adjustment and questions

I got some Duo Grip chains from my dealer and installed the rears today on my 4330. The fit doesn't seem to be all that great so far. I snugged them up as much as possible and adjusted them a couple of time after driving a bit. I still have to get them fully seated and then tackle the fronts...

Grapple  How does the solenoid valve to control the grapple?

I've read a lot of excellent posts here about grapples. I plan to buy one over the winter but was wondering about something that wasn't clear in what I've read. I'm not new to tractoring but I only have a loader and some ground engaging implements that don't use hydraulics. How exactly does...

I need a bolt on toothbar for a bucket w/HD bolt on cutting edge

Unfortunately, Markham is still not making a toothbar that works with a bolt on cutting edge. ATI makes one that is similar in style to Markham's. It has arms on the side that bolt on through the side of the bucket and it has removable teeth. However, it's $585 not including freight! Ouch...

Toothbar for a HD bucket with bolt on edge

I finally decided to order my Markham toothbar thanks to all the praise from this site. I called them and unfortunately their bars don't work with a bolt on edge. Any suggestions? I'm guessing there has to be some manufacturers out there that build them for HD buckets. Thanks, Mark

I froze my yard hydrant and then broke it.

We had a real warm day a few weeks ago and I hooked up a hose to keep me company at the burn pile. I didn't need the hose all day and forgot to shut the hydrant off in the barn I'm building when I was done. Sure enough, I noticed it was frozen solid a few days later when I was in the barn...

Tips for 100 hour service on 4330

Hello, I'm getting ready to do my 100 hr service (a little late). I had the dealer do the 50 hour service so I didn't get to experience it myself. Is there anything I need to look out for? Thanks, Mark

Thanks to all here, I bought a tractor!

I did it. After reading here nightly for months, visiting various dealers, test driving everything and comparing stats, I purchased the Kubota L4330 HST with the LA853 Loader. I also got the heavy duty QA bucket, loaded R4's and a Woods RB750 HD Rear Blade. I owe a debt of gratitude to all...

    Price on a demo RTV?

Hi Guys, I'm in the process of buying a Kubota L4330 and was checking out the RTVs while at the dealership. I read up on them here and I think buying one would be a great addition to the farm tools as well as a nice toy for the wife. The dealer has a demo unit with under 60 hours on it. It's...

    Trailering Safely

I'm about to buy a Kubota 4330 and was discussing the logistics of maintenance with some of the local dealers. I mentioned that I have a heavy duty 12,000 GVW dump trailer that is 12' long by 7' widemade by Big Tex. My tractor is 10' long but with the loader it's too long for the trailer...

HELP! Creating Comparison System to buy CUT

Firstly, I'm glad I found this forum and thanks to all that post here. I've gained a lot of knowledge while browsing here the last few weeks and I will continue to do so. My wife and I bought a horse farm earlier this year, 18 acres, 12 stall barn, indoor and outdoor riding arenas and 14...
