I've finished 'upgrading' my Country Manufacturing trailer for hydraulic dump. Some overall strength improvements were also made. Works like a charm now! Two photos attached and a video link posted. Sorry about the lousy cellphone pics and video.

Can anyone recommend a metal detector? I would like one to help with these tasks:
1. Finding buried junk in my new property
2. Finding embedded metal in stumps before cutting/grinding
Any advice much appreciated.
TIA.

I just had a chance to bore a few holes using my new ETA Compact post hole auger. Works nicely on the sandy soil in Paris Ontario. Didn't run into any large roots or rocks yet...I still get to look forward to that.

Thought that some of you might be interested in seeing my homemade clamp-on toothbar. No replaceable hardened teeth. Just flame-cut steel. But it is simple, easy to install, and very secure. Shown on my BX1860.

Worksaver makes a hydraulic posthole auger with a minimum hyd flowrate of 5gpm. It is model 614H, and details are available here: http://www.worksaver.com/Manuals/924.pdf (see page 21) Note that the auger speed at 5gpm is 47 rpm.
Has anyone tried anything similar on a Kubota BX1860? I have...
