Mos of the check chains I have seen attach to the pin at the base of the top link. You may need a longer 3/4" pin to account for the thickness of the brackets.
Move the lifting struts for the arms to a hole farther away from the implement so they give you more lift. I has a similar problem with a disk and had to move the struts to the front hole to get enough lift.
I had a problem last year with an occasional pressure drop on my sprayer and traced it to the hose on the suction side of the pump collapsing. I replaced it with a "suction hose"

Had to put Posted signs up at church last year. Neighbor kids were riding around the gym and all over the grounds. Cut a groove in some 3/4 plywood, filled it with construction adhesive, then screwed it to the T post. Mounted signs I found on Amazon.
