I like to see what I am in for with the DPF. If I want a new tractor I have to deal with it. Any problems within the 5 year emissions warranty will be repaired and recorded.
The problem is not so much with the tractors I have. I'm getting old and sore. My 424 has such a miserable clutch design I rarely use it. My JD is better but getting around the shift hump is getting old too. I'm getting a new knee this winter so that should help but I spend so much time on...
I would be happy to listen to anyone that had problems. A 25HP tractor with 20HP @ the PTO is not enough for my needs. I have 60 to 70 acres I hit at least once a year with the brush hog and a 6' Woods finish mower used on a few acres. I have an eight foot breaking disk and a tiller to make...
I'm in the process of getting quotes on a 3560 and they list the LA805 loader @ $5,525 and the L2296 HD bucket @ $1,247 you could buy that and still come out way ahead.
To get a tractor with the HP and weight to replace my old one I will be dealing with a DPF. Is this something I can live with? Are the electronics on the L3560 or L4060 troublesome? Thanks
I got some advice that the 4060 might fit my needs better than the 3560 I was pricing. If someone can give me an idea of a reasonable price for the 4060 rops R4 tires with LA805 loader and 72" bucket I would be grateful. Thank you for your time.
Do you have any problems with loading the particulate filter? I may need to run at less than PTO speed for some of my applications. Running my PTO driven sawmill often needs less than 540 rpm.
