When using my PTO on my TC-18 it will work for awhile and then start loosing rpm. I disengage the pto and the rpm will go up and down for several minutes and finially stableize at 540 for the pto setting. Off I go and wham it starts again a few minutes later. I have changed all hydraulis fluid...
