Mine had the same issue, couldn't engage on the right. The dealer took them away and brought them back working correctly a couple of days later.

That's where they hid mine at the dealership when they installed my snow blower!

It definitely should have come with the manual. Unfortunately Bobcat doesn't give away a PDF version. In case you didn't notice it looks like your PTO cover is in the cup holder.

Someone recommended a snowmobile helmet with a heated visor to me. I wired in a 12 volt socket so could just plug it in. I use ski goggles for now but I was basically a wet snowman after finishing the driveway.

I just ordered a CT2025 HST from Bobcat of Tri Cities in Kitchener, was quoted 1-2 months. I went with turf tires but it was a tough choice. Anyone know if there's an owners manual online I could see what tools and spares I would need while I wait? Thanks!
