Pulled the head, have a large crack and a decently large hole inside the intake side of the head. Is this something a machine shop can mess with? Hard to find a new head for a 1968
None of those are really helping much they have the old style valve with the three Alan heads I do not. I think what I pictured is the RAte of drop valve but unsure what I’m looking for when disassemble there’s no rust or anything
Tractors been sitting for a couple years and I can’t get the 3 point arms to go down they are stuck up. Front loader works great. Any ideas? I’ve removed the valve shown in pic and no help on dropping
thank you for that info, I took it out. it didn't seem like it had issue moving the glass ball but cleaned it well and put it back in. I wont be able to try and start till tomorrow I've got a new battery coming in the old one had a dead cell
New fuel filters and blew out lines last week. From tank and to injection pump. But fuel was also setting for a couple years maybe didn’t get all the old fuel out on draining. Just wouldn’t imagine bad fuel causing this issue since there’s been 5 gallons of fresh added to it. Or gunk built up...
I got was able to crack injector lines and got it to fire up for a about 30 seconds and then it shut back down and can’t get it to restart unless it lost prime again
got a 5103 from my uncle it’s been sitting for a few years but he said it was running when parked but not well (don’t know what he meant by that)
He’s had a new injection pump within the past 4 years.
