Possibly. The only ones I’ve seen on the 8ns are mounted close to the coil.
It has to be fuel/carb related. It’s been sitting for a week and will fire up but only run at full choke. If I slowly close the choke it acts like it’s kissing and dies
Just rebuilt the distributor. New coil, new plugs. Issue was tractor wouldn't start. Seems plugs ended up being the issue. Now it runs well until hot then acts like its starving for fuel and sputters/dies. Then will not restart/run unless at full choke. I drained the tank and filled with fresh...
Just a back up. I'm pretty happy with the kioti. Ive put 250hrs on it on 1.5 yrs and she's never sputtered. Expected her lift capacity would be better but I haven't used a similar size machine in any other color so cant really compare to anything.
Looking to get an older tractor that at least has a loader. I have a CK2610 now and would like something similiar in size. No larger. What brand tractor should I go with? Live PTO a must.

I questioned that too as I assumed all carbd motors were vacuum. But I am no mechanic. This is the motor, and the pump I bought. My Scag is a 2004 so its an older engine. But the same specs as the one below. Runs great I put about 100hrs a yr on it and the oil is still clean when I change it in...
