Fidelity - Stocks by the slice?

May be wrong forum. Just noticed this the other day, appears to allow you to purchase pieces of $$$$ shares like Amazon etc. I mess with stocks but usually less than $50.00 per share. Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks, Q

Thanks to my neighbor for talking the pics and sending them to me. County Fair is this weekend. If we weren't so busy showing my daughters Boer goats, maybe I...

    Volunteer Plant

Not sure if this is Rural or Related. My neighbor has this growing next to one of his driveways. Watermelon? Fall is coming, leaves are not growing anymore. How do you know when to harvest. Never raised melons, pretty sure it's not a pumpkin :). Thanks, Q

    Favorite Auto Recycler - Junkyard

Anybody have one that ships parts? Locally all the smaller operations have been bought up by the largest operation. Their prices are high and their attitude is take it or leave it. Has got to the point where I don't like spending my $$$$ there. I can usually wait a few days for a part to...

    Broken Spring Eye Picks

Looks like it was broken for a while, it popped off the bushing when the rear wheel was lifted about 8" off the ground. First pic shows eye laying together, second shows pieces separated for clarity, break was not shiny, quite a bit of rust. This was the front eye, spring is laying as it would...

Leaf Spring Saga - Part Two - The Remove and Install

Best to start at the forward spring hanger? it's fixed and access it tight. The rear hanger at the bottom of the shackle is more a little more accessible and somewhat movable. Going to go out a give it a look over before my son gets home from work. May appear different today, a little warmer...

Leaf Spring Saga - Part Two - The Remove and Install

The new leaf spring and hardware showed up. Removal was a battle against old/rusted fasteners. The front hanger bolt was solidly rusted inside the sleeve in the busing. Air gun and heat would not move. Went to breaker bars, ending up torquing the head off the bolt. No big deal, not enough room...

    Broken/Bruised Ribs???

Took a pretty bad slip and fall on muddy bank six weeks ago yesterday. Was heading to my deer stand. Hit a slick spot under the leaves, slid about four feet or so downhill hill, my feet flew out from under me, I was parallel to the ground and landed on my left side hard, primarily the lower ribs...

    Leaf Springs?

Anybody ever have a leaf spring break at the eye where it goes around the front hanger? In the ongoing saga of putting/keeping my '91 Ford Ranger 4x4 on the road for my motorcycle riding son. We reinforced and patched the firewall, installed a new clutch from reservoir to slave cylinder and...

Anybody have advice for creating chasing tap/die

Was able to remove the four bolts ( 2 per side) that hold the YPipe to the exhaust flange ears. Wasn't easy, threads on the bolt and the ears took quite a beating removing the fasteners, lots of heat, Kroil, Freeze spray etc. Need to create a chasing/cleaning tap from a new fastener and perhaps...
