Hi all, not sure if this is in the right place. If not please relocate... I have a Farmall BN that runs and drives great except... When I let out the clutch the left side seems like it jumps around... Almost as if there's a u-joint with bad bearings in there, but I took off the couple caps I...
I've been wanting to do this for years... Finally today I ran across a deal on the attachment I couldn't pass up... And I already have the snow blower donor motor and quick detach plate so.... Just need engineering time.
So I have this snot blower attachment. I want the mount an engine on it to run it and then mount it to a three point hitch (which I already have a three or hitch quick release plate so I'd be running this thing with my loader).
Anyone have any info I should look out for? It's a 42 inch blower...
I have a Mahindra Max26. 26 hp. Looking for a brush hog. Never used one so advice is appreciated. Clutch vs no clutch? 5ft vs 6ft? Six foot looks awefully big to be pulled by my Max26.... Tia
Looking for opinions about which root grapple to buy... everything attachments sells a 50 inch wide grapple that weighs about 200 lbs and Land Pride sells a 48 inch grapple thats about 150 lbs. Both are priced the same. Does anyone know of other vendors with light weight grapples to compare? I'm...
So I think I've decided on getting a grapple. The next question is, does anyone have one that they use and would recommend and how much does it weigh? I'm thinking a root grapple with dual cylinders would work best for what I want it for... I've seen prices between 900 and 1900 and usually the...
Hi all, I'm clearing about an acre for a garden and more grass and sun. I have a lot of brush. I can move it with the forks, but it does take time. If I buy a chipper I can chip it all. If I buy a root grapple I can pick it up and pile it somewhere pretty easy without it dropping all over the...
Hello, I'm reclaiming a field that has been overgrown for a few years. I've pulled all the saplings out with my backhoe but there are a bunch of vines that moved in. I've cut most out and am thinking about buying a tiller to till the land #1 to level it out after pulling so many sapling...
I found a new tiller online for a decent price. Has anyone used this tiller before? Or can anyone give me buying tips for a tiller? I'm pulling it with a Mahindra Max26
Thanks!
Hi all, I'm doing a lot of landscaping and moving dirt. I have a lot of small rocks I need to get rid of. I was thinking about using a drag chain but have never used one so I'm not sure it's the best choice.
#1 what's the best implement to use to pick small stones out
#2 I'm a fabricator so I...
Thanks guys
This is what I came up with after a little more research.. I have enough scrap laying around to make adjustable mounts. Now I just have to weld them on... I can make the mounts 21"-33" or I can make them 24"-36". I'm going to have to figure out how big most attachments are because...
Hi all, I have a blank skid seer style plate that I'd like to weld mounts on for my York rake. (this will be for use on the front of my TLB. Before I start welding I'd like to do a little research to see if anyone put any information out there about what works and what doesn't. Can anyone help...
