Determine SWEEPS for DIRT DOG 'ALL PURPOSE PLOW' / FIELD CULTIVATOR

I found some 47 degree sweeps at Tractor Supply that matched up to my Fred Cain (I think) cultivator that I think would work on all these standard style cultivators. They are the 10 inch wide ones, about $7 a piece. The holes were about 2 inches apart but my unit has a round hole and a slot so...

Ford One Arm Loader 19-711 Assembly Manual PDF

Here are some photos. I had a bit of a problem getting it on the tractor, didn't think it was going to fit. The hole in the front bracket, which I made, probably should have been 1 3/4 instead of 11/2 so that it would have had more room to angle into place. I had to lift the front loader with a...

Ford One Arm Loader 19-711 Assembly Manual PDF

Here's a 1970s era ad showing the loader on the "new" Ford 2000/3000 tractor.

Ford One Arm Loader 19-711 Assembly Manual PDF

I started a thread a while back seeking info on Ford One Armed Loaders. That thread is now 7 pages long and is mostly a couple of us going back and forth. It is way too long and boring for most. I had some unanswered questions so finally broke down and bought an assembly manual and a parts book...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

Here's a Copy of the Entire Assembly Manual for the Ford 19-711 Loader I thought someone might need some information all in one spot. So here's the entire Assembly Manual which I found to be more useful than the Parts Manual which I also recently bought on line. Don't see why this shouldn't be...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

Here are some scanned pages from the Ford Parts Book and the Assembly Manual. If you compare the two, it may explain the 1" difference you encountered. In the Parts Book, the front support bracket No. 291279 which says it fits the 2100, 3100, etc. tractors, is not "flat" like the same part no...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

This is now the One-Armed Loader Group Forum it seems....After having no luck getting anyone to send me a pattern for my front bracket, I took Gale's suggestion and blew up a photo that Ultradog MN has sent me on a copier until I had a close approximation of the right size for the bracket. Took...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

Pretty smart idea. Maybe that would work, assuming I know what it bolts to. Here's a bolster photo but I don't know if it helps. It is the "light" bolster and I think its the same as yours. I think, based upon a picture you'd posted a while back, that the bracket "hangs down" and is not bolted...

Purple Wave Auction Site - best close up tractor photos on the web for reference

I was looking for a couple hours for a good close up photo of a particular tractor's front steering components and just couldn't find it. I remembered that when I was looking to buy a tractor off of the Purple Wave auction site they had about a dozen or more really good, clear, close ups...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

Now I've got another problem. I don't think the hip bracket I have fits a Ford 2000 3 cyl. There isn't enough clearance for it to fit. It looks like I need the "flatter"version which I thought was for the older Fords. Gayle - I can't quite see how yours bolts up....maybe if you snap a photo I...

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

I hooked up a hydraulic hose to the loader while on the trailer and the cylinder moves so I think I'm just about in business except for that front bracket. I don't know if this valve set up will let the bucket retract but it seems like it moves it. Have to figure that out once its connected.

One way cylinder with a standard valve.

Took some photos. I actually got the cylinder to move but its not attached to the tractor so I don't know if the valve will let it retract.

Front-End Loader Does the Ford 19-209 (711) 1 Arm Loader Fit on my 1968 Ford 2000 3 Cyl Diesel?

I think we have essentialy the same tractors....and loaders. Any chance you could pattern the front bracket and send it to me for my shop to make me a bracket? I think this is the OE I need but I doubt I'll ever find one.

One way cylinder with a standard valve.

I have a single arm Ford loader. It has a single, one way cylinder. My tractor has a set of remote hydraulics (two connectors from one valve). I think, but don't know, that what I've got fits this question and answer meaning I've got the wrong valve for the job: Q: Can I use a standard...

Suggestions on testing/using old cylinder on Ford tractor....use it or rebuild it

I bought an old Ford loader that has a single hydraulic cylinder. Its a one arm loader, no reservoir or pump, as it runs off the tractor. Its a one-way valve deal I guess. One hose. I don't know a thing about hydraulics or these cylinders. The hose is rotted, its been sitting outdoors a long...
