my hour meter stopped working at 230 hrs, it has power and tryies to click over every few seconds but never changer numbers, i have fueled up three times and am still at 230 hrs. any tips?

anyone know about how much it would cost to replace a cracked block on a b7100, i know a guy who has a nice one with lots of extras for sale but he overheated it and cracked the block.
