My Yanmar 240 2wd, with 8 speed + reverse has a problem with poping out of gear when in reverse. Does not do that with any other gear. I noticed that the shifting rail on the left side of the tranny pops out about 3/4" from the rear of gear box when shifting into reverse. It slides back in...
