I just purchased a used TC48DA with 748 hours on it. Everything works great, loader lifts strong, drives, etc. no issues but the PTO will not disengage. The tractor had a new PTO clutch and hydraulic pump replaced at 430 hours so it shouldnt be the clutch. The linkage is hooked up and moves...
