Has anyone ever put a john deere #5 caster wheel power mower (sickle bar )on a 8n?I have access to one.The operators manual shows a setup for an 8n.The ford hook up appears to be a couple of brackets bolted to the drawbar and two braces . Any pictures would help if anyone has this setup.thanks Joe

New problem on 48 8n. There is a knocking noise it the general area by the shifter/clutch. The noise is there with the clutch pedal released either moving in gear or sitting in neutral.When the clutch pedal is depressed the noise goes away. I inherited a 48 8n,problem is the hydraulics didnt work for about 10yrs.the draft hook up was broke off and water got into the fluid after sitting out.after working on it ,changing fluid the hyd now lift but wont hold when clutch is in,also wont lower unless you put some weight on it.Any ideas...
