Why doesnt John Deere make its own engines for its compact tractors(4000/4010 series)?They are Yamnar engines.Does John Deere own Yamnar? Why couldn't or why did John Deere not make there own engine for the 4000/4010 series?
I would appreciate a good reference to purchase on line a piece of 1 1/8 thread stud/rod, grade eight or higher,preferably threaded on the ends and smooth in the middle,needs to be at least 7 1/2"long.
