Hi Jeff - I did find a Kioti dealer 45 mins away if I need to get it serviced. My neighbor bought a Case from them so his opinion was positive feedback. But I do see your point about the convenience of having your dealer close by. Its a tough decision for sure. I just hope I don't get a lemon...
