Its Romanian . It don't want to steer. The steering wheel will turn. Will running you have to turn Steering Wheel like 5 turns to get wheels to turn a little. . A lot of play. When tractor is off. You can turn steering wheel with finger as many times as u want.. Any ideas and how complicated...
