    Kubota t2380 hst

Was told today that there were some problems with the hst on the t2380. I've never heard of any troubles with any Kubota transmissions, so I was kind of surprised. Anyone out there had any troubles with them? I have a t1570, 3 yrs old, and have had no bad issues with it, but a buddy of mine is...

    Now that was really stupid.

Took the fel off of the B7800 today to mow. While putting it back on the tractor, curled the bucket to get the lower pins on the tractor engage the loader frame. Saw that it was hung up, not allowing the loader frame to set on the pins, so I grab the cross bar on the loader, give it a little...

    Green tractors and college tuitiion

Just finished up my lawn the other day, and my oldest son who is in college and works at a tractor repair facility was getting ready to put the T-1570 into the barn, and I was going to follow him on the B7800. He got on the little tractor and said "you know, I never see Kubotas in the shop" I...

Too bad there isn't a warranty for stupid.

I mowed yesterday, and prior to mowing, I took the loader off of my B7800 in the grass. Well, after mowing I went to put the loader back on, and one of the support legs ended up sinking a little, which made the loader a little off. After hooking the hyd. lines up, I went to curl the bucket so...

    Kubota T1570 lawn tractor

Along with my B7800, I have a little Kubota T1570 lawn tractor. I've had it since last year, and have been searching the web trying to find info on the mower deck and can't seem to find a good answer. Has anyone here had any issues or know of anyone who has had issues with these decks? There are...

    JD LA115 from Lowes

My MIL just got a JD LA115 from Lowes the other day, and I'm concerned about it because of what I've been hearing about them. I am the one who will be doing the routine upkeep and maintenance on it, and my sons are the ones who will use it to mow her 3/4 acre yard. Any concerns I should be aware...

    John Deere LA15

My mother in law traded in her broom for an LA15 today(that's just a joke, I love my MIL), and I was wondering if any of you good folks had any advice or recommendations considering this lawn tractor. It has the 19.5 HP Briggs and a 42" deck. I'm the one who will be going over and taking care of...

    Back to work

Well, as some may recall, I tore up my knee back in Oct., had surgery on Halloween, and pretty much laid around for a few months healing. Had my work physical today, and will go back to the powerhouse on the 24th of this month. I was wondering when I did this if I would be off for Christmas, but...

    Tore up knee update

Hello friends, Some of you may remember my post back in October about tearing up my knee while pouring concrete under my barn overhang. Well, here it is Feb., I went to the doc last Friday, and he more or less said I need some more healin time. After 6 weeks on crutches and in a straight brace...

Blade or blower for a B7800

I have a B7800, and would either like to get a front blade or a snowblower for it. Just wondering if any of you folks have opinions about any of the aftermarket brands and how much they cost. The ones I've checked out are pretty expensive, but would probable be worth the money if they deliver.

    Cab for a B7800

My buddy and I both have B7800's, and he wants to put a cab on his. I was wondering if you folks had any opinions about them, are they worth it, leaks, etc. I believe he was looking into the sims, but any info would be helpful. Thanks, Pat

I'm in a pretty bad fix update.

Went to the surgeon today, said the tear in my meniscus would never heal on it's own without surgery, and he'll deal with the torn acl while he's in there. So that's how I gonna spend my Halloween. On the upside, I will probably be off to spend Christmas with my beloved bride and wonderful kids...

I'm in a pretty bad fix.

Poured concrete last week for a 20'x30' patio, which turned out really nice, and just in case the truck had any concrete left, I went ahead and formed up a walkway under an overhang at the basement entrance to my barn. Well, there was some concrete left over, so I had the driver pull up th the...

    Massey 35

My brother is needing a tractor for a tree farm. He found a Massey 35, built in the 60's for around 3,000.00. He says it's in really good shape, but I haven't seen it yet. Any info anyone would have about these and their reliability would be appreciated. He just needs it mostly for brushogging...

    Jacobson lawn tractor question

My brother is in need of a tractor. I know a fella who has an older Jacobson, in beautiful shape for sale. I know it's a 10 horse, and it's a little bigger than your run of the mill lawn tractors. Anyone with any info or opinions about these machines would be doing me a favor letting me know...
