When we bought our additional land back in 2005, I thought $3,500 an acre was on the high side, but my wife and I agreed that we didn't want to run the risk of anyone building behind the house.

Here is the thing...The kitchen and living room are on the second foor. I'll be danged if I'm spending 800k on a house with 2 acres where you have to walk up steps to eat LOL Perhaps a single story 2,400 sq foot round house, not a 2 story round house.
