Have a IH 3616 with 3141 Backhoe out of 1960's(?). The backhoe hydraulics lock up and bog the engine in various positions. Hoe lifts but bogs on push down, outriggers bog in both directions. Loader lifts but bogs on curl. Hydraulic fluids at correct levels, seems there is something flatly...
