I have a chance to buy one of these for 250$. I am guessing it is a commercial unit, belt drive pump, electric, kerosene fired heater. Said it it has a new stainless steel coil in hte burner. If the unt looks good and works good does this sound like a good price? How much better does hot water...

I have had it with cheap ratchets. I like the ingersoll rand 111, knucklesaver, which is the max i will spend, i also like the 107xp. So what ratchet would yall reccomend?? I want a good one!! Thanks guys!! snapper
