    3PT tiller?

Anybody built a tiller here? I am just playing with the idea, not sure what and how yet - but it should not be that difficult.

    Nailing shingles

Well this is related to the post in Photos. For the tree house/fort I am planning to use plywood and shingles for the roof. Now the plywood is going to be 7/16" - how do I nail shingles to it without having all the nails sticking out inside? Should I use 1/2" nails? I am bit lost here, but...

    Fort/Tree House

After two years I resumed the work on the fort for kids. Originally started with pine knocked down by hurricane and used chainsaw mill to cut boards. For the roof I just bought the lumber - it goes faster and it is easier to work with. My little home work in framing roofs:)

    Trailer

I originally built it for my Jeep - but now I use it behind Kubota too. Built from tubing, floor is from 2x6 lumber, sides (not shown) from plywoood and dimensions 4x8 feet, 15 inches is the height of the box it can carry 40 cubic feet of sand - which is more than the weight of the CJ7:) Wheels...

    MMM on soft ground

Hello everybody. I did some grass cutting yesterday - with 60" MMM - and it was fine except in areas where the ground was softer due to rain on Saturday the deck wheels made bit of a mess. We are in Virginia and the land with pond and creek and a lot of clay can keep water for a long time...

The boot on the front shaft was torn open when I bought the tractor. I got a new boot, but could not figure out how to disconnect the shaft. Thats where the redneck fix comes to help - used old bicycle tube to wrap it with - see the photo.

    Stuck in 4x4

Good Afternoon, I have B1750 and from what I can tell it is stuck in 4x4. The lever just makes no difference one way or another. I suspect the shifting fork got loose inside the transfercase - what do you think? To fix it I was going to take the transmission case cover off and check the fork...

    Stumps

Good Evening I have an oak (about foot in diameter) knocked down on my land - from Isabela I believe.. Yesterday I decided it is time to do something about it and I hooked it to my B1750 and tried to move it around to get the stump out. What I tried was to use the log as a leverage and break...

    Introducing myself

Good Morning. I read this forum for about a month and like it a lot. Few month ago I got finally sick of my old crafstman and purchased real tractor. We live in rural VA and that poor thing was not up to the task of mowing around 3 acres. With a welder, open mind and creativity I was able...
