This past spring I purchased a used 2007 M9540 HD12 with just over 2000 hours. with 1353 loader. After plowing with it the other day, every time I idled it down it made this awful groaning noise, it sounded similar to when you bottom out a hydraulic cylinder and deadhead the pump... I couldn't...

Hey I just picked up an IH 642 rollover plow to pull behind my M9540. It did not come with an owners manual and I would like to be able to read up on all the different adjustments etc. The biggest thing I would like to know, is how wide to set my tractor wheels. Thanks Jonathan

OK, So I've gotten some seat time in on my 2007 M9540HD12 with 2000+ hours (just purchased a few weeks ago) It has the LA1353 loader and needed a little TLC, but wasn't too bad, had to straighten out some of the pieces on the loader that are close to the bucket (not sure what they are called)...
