I cant get my toolcat primed I put in a new priming bulb because i thought it was bad I put in new fuel filter filled it with fuel open the value on the pump pumped I cant get it starter ? any Help!!

I have a whole in my tank can I get that fixed or do I have to get a new tank?:eek::confused:
