    Mahindra 4540

Today I bucked up more pine logs with the help of the 4540. There are two more left but they'll get cut & split and then brought over to the outside fireplace, once it's wet out again, we'll have a nice fire.

    Mahindra 4540

I've just been using the 4540 moving some pine splits, dragging out a semi broken off tree at the stump and digging a few smaller stumps out of some trails I plow in the winter. 4015 is the tree before I cut it near the stump, 4019 is after the second cut, 4024 is after I dragged it out with...

May be leaving Mahindra emax 22s outside this winter

We have a Mahindra 4540, we live in the foothills of the Adirondacks in NYS so we can get temps 20 or 30 below. We have a block heater and a battery maintainer that stays on it for the winter, so far with those two things on it , it starts fine even in the coldest temps. The block heater will...

    Mahindra 4540

I used the 4540 with the forks for some lifting so I could clean off the pine logs (save the back too) and then buck them up.

A kid (at the time ) I coached in hockey for three years finally won the Stanley Cup when he played with Tampa Bay Lightning in 2020 but because of covid, wasn't able to bring it home until 2021. He had a party and we did get invited, I was able to get the Mahindra hat in there and they gave us...

    Mahindra 4540

We have our battery on a maintainer/charger all year, we can hit minus 30 up here in the winter so the m/c will save your ass. Our 4540 is a 2016, so far nothing has gone wrong with it. The backhoe has allowed us to have some stump less trails around the house lot. I plow a few driveways along...

    Mahindra 4540

I hadn't used the 4540 in about three weeks so today it helped me out on some lifting of pine logs. I still have more logs that I'll use the tractor on and then after that, digging out some stumps. We heat with wood and some years back we started burning pine during the shoulder season, this...

    Mahindra 4540

I agree on taking the five screws out, it can be a small pain in the arse after a good days work. I've never had a problem with the 4540 overheating either but I'm not doing the work you are. I wonder if you could put a front end bra on a tractor to stop some of the dust from getting into a...

    Mahindra 4540

After my guess of 1300, I checked it the next day and it was 1334. I used it two days in a row moving snow and plowing out trails which put another 10 hours on it.

I'm glad that I moved the snow the other day, I'll end up moving some of the snowfall from overnight. I think we received around 7 inches, I used the 4540 opening up the driveway and the RTV for the cleanup and plowing some trails in the woods so the wife can walk.
