Does anybody know where the compression release is on my 2210d?

does anybody know what size the crankshaft nut is on my 2210d? I need to turn it to set valve clearance.

I replaced the head on my 2210d. I need to set the rocker arm clearance, Does anyone know the correct procedure? I see 2 marks in the crankshaft pulley. marked 1 and 2 which do i use? Do i need to rotate 180 for the other cylinder?
