    Thank you everyone for the replies/info so far. The one I was going to buy sold before I could get there, but that may have been a blessing in disguise. Looks like I'll be looking more for a 35-50hp tractor, and either buying a mini excavator or hiring out the foundation exciting.

    It's multiple walls totaling 50', not a single 50' length, and all of the dirt is being moved elsewhere on the property. The foundation will be backfilled with stone.

    It's close to the limit of their ~6.5' dig depth so I'm assuming I'll need to do a little work by hand. I'd love to get one with an ~8' dig depth, but those all seem to be out of my budget.
