I was successful..... Got the pin out from the topside!!
It took about 4 hours of on and off work over two nights, but I was smarter and tougher than the steel in the end. I hope this thread will help somebody else out, or give them some ideas for similar situation.

So I decided I would give it my best shot from the top side. I did some google research and formulated my plan.....
First welded a 3/4 in nut to the top of the strap...
Then I put my impact gun n the nut and worked it back and forth about a dozen times.
Then I used a piece of all thread...
So it all started with small hydraulic leak on my Terramite... on one of the hoses to the swing cylinder on the backhoe. It was just starting to get bad enough to leave a puddle, so looked over the machine and ordered about 5 hoses that were looking kind of rough.
