I always filter my fuel through a Mr Funnel. No problems

What I've fond doing plastic welding, is that use some of the plastic from what your welding. There's always areas you can "harvest" extra plastic from to use. That always gives me the best results. Some plastics are incapatable and you end up making a mess.

Suppose to be, that's the water/dirt reservoir. I dump mine into a instant coffee bottle and see what's there. If it's OK, I'll pour it back into the funnel next time I fuel up. If it's not looking right, I pour it on an old stump in the back.

They come in diferent GPM flow. I think mine is the 3.5gpm

I've used Mr Funnel for over 7 years. I've never had a fuel problem yet. I think it's a good investment

You can have all the OSHA gas cans. I've got a supply of the old fashioned cans with vents. Not about to discard them anytime soon either.

FYI on fire extinguisher maintenance On the dry powder units no matter what brand, tap the bottom with a rubber mallet and shake back and forth 5-6 times a couple times a year. The reason being, is the powder has a tendency to settle and this procedure keeps it loose. I do mine twice a year...
