    Homemade Zamboni

Well it has been cold enough here in Northwest Ohio for the pond to freeze to the point of being able to skate. I have looked at a few you-tube ideas, but as you lot are so resourceful, I thought I would see if any of you had ideas. Sadly, I don't think the ice is thick enough to take the BX...

    Welding table for nebie

OK, I am starting to teach myself to do basic welding via following you-all and watching you tube how to videos. I think I really need a welding table at this point. Is there something available that folds up, but works for basic repairs and small projects? I am pretty limited for space in my...

I'm sure these two are related to my side of the family. I saw my younger cousins do this a few years ago at the lake cabin.

    Truck tracks

OK, who already has a set of these? I don't think I could really justify these here in Ohio, but I am recommending them to all my kin in ND, and MN. http://www.trucktracks.com/TrackN_Go_Video.html Sent from my iPad using TractorByNet

    Fast fence electric netting

To all expert gardeners or anyone with first hand experience. Anybody use the "Fast Fence" or poultry net electric fence product? It looks as though the raccoons and deer think that I planted the garden for them, and these look like a nice solution...

Starting a new garden plot from scratch

I thought I would throw this out as I have benefited from all your advice several times now. We have a new property in NW Ohio, and I am planning a good sized garden plot, probably a 1/2 acre or maybe a bit bigger to start with. The area I want to use is near the house and our pond, so only...

    3pt log splitter storage

I am looking for ideas on storing my 3pt log splitter when not in use. Currently setting it down on some blocks with boards on top of them, but I would like a better solution. Anyone build something that works well?
