So I am thinking about building a stump grinder to run off of the PTO on my Ford 9N. I have saved videos of people making a grinding wheel . Or I could buy a replacement wheel possibly. I was thinking of using a junk yard car front wheel assembly and making the grinding wheel to fit the lugs...
