The way i have always reprimed a fuel pump is crack the fuel line at the injector not remove just crack loosen a little it turn the engine over until a good flow out of fuel line retighten as you keep engine turning over or hand priming
You would think removing pin from the draw bar would be simple but not the case on my new to me 555 the pin is spring loaded but i cant figure out how to remove it and i will have to remove it in order to change the fluid in the rear end. Any ideas ?
Probably need to loosen the inlet lines to injectors , when you see it spitting solid fuel out start closing them and the engin will start running before you get all tighten.
I finally found the answer it tractor hydraulic oil not 70 80 but hydraulic fluid in both trans and rear end on the 555 that is made in India and this is from 2 sources and the operators book does not show what type fluid only amount.
I think the photo pretty well tells the story, i was trying to pick up a large limb and my xg3135 slid off into the pond i let the FEL down immediately to keep it from Rowling over and hooked my 50 hp tractor with a chain to stabilize the tractor and drove it out of the pond.
And Yes my wife had...
mike i would use star bright in the fuel after you clean it up, dont think pistons need removing just clean up and install new gasket . Set valves cold at 007 to 009
The top link on my two tractors is used in many of my hookups like my planter ,disk, tiller, turning plows , subsoiler , grader blade, exc. I depend on my top link so i dont have to get of and on my tractor at my age its a real work saver.
