    I have a MF 65, serial number says it was manufactured in 60 or 61. The hydraulics work on the three point hitch....but the PTO will not engage. When you push in the two stage clutch, you can feel each stage in the clutch pedal. Then when you shift the PTO from neutral you can not feel any...
