Has anyone had any trouble with a 425 popping out of float position while brush hogging? Mine would pop out when on rough terrain and the brush hog was working hard. Any ideas on how to avoid this or what may cause this to happen?
Anyone interested in purchasing a used 1430 trailer package can email eric at eric.j.drabb@bankofamerica.com and tell him you heard about it from Scott in Cherryville.
Just purchased a used PT425 with a Brush Hog. I was impressed with the power trac and the brush hog. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the treadle seems very stiff. It takes more pressure than I remember when I visited the power trac plant. Any ideas if this can be adjusted or what...
Could someone tell me if they think this used 425 is a fairly recent year model? The top has been removed but it is a 425. Thought you guys with newer machines might would recognize if some of the controls, etc. may be different from yours.
