Yes it did. I believe it was a dealer option so that you could run normal western equipment vs counter clockwise PTO equipment like they had in Japan where it was built.

Doing some thorough maintenance on our satoh beaver. I’m looking in the manual but I can’t find anything to do with the PTO reverser. I can see a small fill plug on top but no drain plug. Is there a separate manual that covers this attachment? If not, would it just take 80w-90 gear oil/capacity...
