How's your brakes? If adjustment or grip is a little off side to side it could be bad if you have to use them at highway speed. I agree with what BackRoad posted. I don't think I would road a tractor that far, maybe with turf tires, not with chevrons.

agree with RandyT especially if disengagement happens when idle engine down or is shut off if they are turning after restart engine then check the belt routing and also for bad idler pulley bearings, and broken mandrel housings(this usually causes belt slippage though) near the mounting bolts...
