I have had good results with heating the base of the fitting with a handheld torch then using a hammer piston tool to force in penetrating oil.

ereicmb. I've been around construction all my life and if you want an all purpose tractor you should look at a yanmar, jd or kubota construction backhoe. As some have mentioned the JD110, Kubota L35,39,48, M59 TLB series and Yanmar cdl40 were all designed with heavier frames and loader arms...

I bought a 3 point hitch kit from Hoober.com for a L35 recently for about $500. part number SI632296 The kit was much cheaper than buying individual kubota parts. They should have similar kit for L48

LT1Pat, I am getting ready to add a 3rd function valve to my L35. Did your valve function properly when you switched the pressure and return ports?

I don't know. It was done by deutz prior to my purchase of the tractor so it may have been a warranty item.

Thanks, it does not include the backhoe. A 3 point hitch was added in its place.
