Man do I know from water contaminated fluid. My screen gets so clogged with gunk nothing works but yeah, this seems to be this valve, pic attached

All, sorry I forgot the fundamentals: I'm in the mid Hudson Valley, Germantown, NY ~200km/125Mi north of NYC. Attached is a picture of my 850 pulling electrical cable up through a 70M/220' underground conduit.

Got an '82 JD850 that I love but the SCV valve, which I fixed once, is half shot. The Bucket arm lifts but the Bucket itself is stuck in dropped position. All other hydraulics (PTO and Power Steering) work great. Will shift to Hydraulic forum as there's lot's of tantalizing leads in there...
