2007 MF 3645 with 360 hours. Tractor has sat for a week without being used. Started tractor and shifted into high, 1st, and tried to move the synchroshift lever to forward and it would not go. It would not go into reverse. Let the tractor run in neutral for 15 minutes thinking the fluids...
