They're 3 for 3 on great customer service with me so far. Ordered a gas cap and a rear blinker. Took them about 1 minute to find the part numbers, had them in stock, shipped cheapest way ($9.00) and they arrived in Indiana from Pennsylvania in two days. Messick's also support this site.

Yep, mostly preaching to the choir, but there are new members popping in every day.

I used to visit my dealer 20 miles away out of habit. Usually they stock it, sometimes not. Or maybe you wait at the counter while the guy ahead of you and the parts guy try to figure out which parts his baler needs. Then the phone rings and parts guy has to look up the caller's question on the spot. I guess that's why there's always bar stools at parts counters. That said, if you can't wait for two days...

My nearby dealer is 40 miles away. And they are small. If I need a technical part they usually don't have it in stock. So they order it and then call me to pick it up when it comes in.

I can online order from Messick's on my laptop and have the part much faster.

Last time I bought from my dealer was buying 20 gallon of SUDT. Figured the shipping cost would be prohibitive from Messick's.

I also enjoy their info videos.
