there are 2 bolts, that clinch it to the shaft. there is a gap there small. take a chisel and hammer it in, your trying to pry it open, make sure the bolts are removed.I do not, but I could buy a cheap one. What exactly are you referring to with the wedge points? I've watched every assembly video out there an people are able to just slip the shaft on. Thanks for the input.
mine did not slide on, prolly took me about 10 minutes to get it on with the air tools.
unfortunately cheap air hammers don't work great. 2 people and sledge will prolly be the best bet, make sure to grease everything, once you get past a point it will slide on it
