HF Icon vs. Pittsburgh line

HF boxes are a great bang for the buck! I have 3 different boxes from them. The latest is their Yukon 9 drawer rolling work bench. It's built with the same quality as their General boxes. I wish I could justify their "pro" boxes!

I have two of the US General tool boxes and really like them. One of them is orange and matches the Kubota perfectly. :ROFLMAO:

I imagine my 'information' has been sold many time in the past and probably the future. Far as SS is concerned, I don't know where you are getting that info from but mine is the polar opposite, but then I'm an R and not a D. I keep forgetting where you live as well...
The huge tragedy is how many people still take their news as gospel. Today more than ever people need to consider multiple sources. I watch one popular "news" source and am stunned by how they either simply didn't cover something or worse editorialized it to become apologists.

Marking them "L" and "R" is a good idea. Most of mine have an arrow engraved, but it's so fine an engraving that I don't have a prayer of seeing which way it points without my reading glasses on. I just end up giving them a spin every time I pick them up.
Use the direction lever as your indicator of the direction the socket will turn. Then give it a spin just because. :)

No, you could simply accept that the sum of my interactions with HFT outlets since the first appeared (in Florida) has been different than yours. We are simply two data points and each as valid as the other.
But company policy doesn’t change by location. Tools that are sold as lifetime warranty can be exchanged if broken for a like tool in any HF store.

Mine don't have a direction lever. You flip the wrench over for the other direction. (Flex head wrenches)

I just bought new HF welding gloves to prune the many rose bushes. The first year that I completed the task unscathed.
I can tell you without a doubt, HF welding gloves will NOT protect you from the jaws of a Cardinal bird. They can pinch right through them with a good amount of finger skin included. 😲

When I used to grow grapes around the garden, I covered them in netting one year. One morning I found a Cardinal tangled in the net. I fetched my welding gloves and while trying to extract the bird from the net, he clamped down on a finger. I got him free and held my hand open palm so he could fly away. Noooooooo. He stayed there for a good 10-seconds administering punishment. I took the netting down and gave up on the grapes.
