The land I'm on came with a neglected 3910 that had been used sparingly to mow for the last 10 years and unmaintained. The only maintenance was checking the oil and coolant, likely for the last 20+ years given the exterior fading of the filters.

I want to get it to the point where it is a reliable second tractor. It starts and runs the PTO though there is a small fuel leak (after the shutoff under the tank)
So I'm replacing filters: air, engine oil, power steering, hydraulic and fuel. It has been getting some bad fuel so might need to replace that last one a couple times.
Fan belt, get a couple spares.
Battery drains when off so get a master shutoff.
Tires are shot from sitting outside for 40 years but still hold air for now. (tubes)
Front axle is missing bolts, fixable.

Have to find that fuel leak or it'll combust someday.

What am I missing on this list? I'll be changing fluids too though might skip the 6gal of hydraulic fluid if it looks okay. Is there anything that'll kill the algae in the fuel system? (do the treatments work?)

The rubber grommets around the shifters are gone so water has been getting in. Not sure how to replace those as search gives me the whole plate or dodgy sites.
Radiator has had plain water for a time so not clean.

Check thrust bearings on the front spindles. Any neglected ford tractor is bound to have em. Cheap and easy fix.

I’d flush out the fuel system before worrying about trying to make old fuel good.

Some fords have an oil-lube injection pump. If yours does, change that oil.

I bought shift boots for my 5000 from Steiner tractor. I’d bet they’d have something.

Part of it too is those transmissions don’t really warm up so they just accumulate condensation over time. Trans oil really should be changed every couple years or so.

Thanks.
Front bearings. Very likely right there and hadn't considered that.
Trans oil, yep as it surely has water in it.

Agree with fuel drain/flush.
Change the transmission oil if boots are gone as water has gotten in for sure. Boots: 82007346 about $22.00 from New Holland
Change rear end/hydraulic oil as this is cheap compared to hydraulic pump or PTO parts
