Tractor
Branson 3520h
Bought this tractor not realizing that there is not a SCV for a TYM/Branson BH 200 back hoe I later purchased. Currently just one hydraulic line to the rear for the three point. So not a return line to the main block. I have looked at some different options for the new block but do not really understand how to modify the current installation. I have included photos of the 3 point line at the back of the tractor and the main loader block. I have been all over underneath the unit and removed some cabin panels to see the space above the tranny etc and cannot figure out what to do to get a hydraulic loop from the front block to the rear and what type of SCV block will accommodate both the back hoe and 3 point. Thank for any help someone can offer.

Jeff

The best option would be to get the factory remote valve, which goes on the rear, between that cover with the hose and the casting.

This option would give you a set of remotes, which as very useful for things like hydraulic top link, dump trailer, etc, but also would give you something to connect the BH.

Thanks for the information and the response. I will attempt to find a dealer for the factory remote valve. Still need to figure out how and where the return line will connect at the main front block. Digging into it (pun intended) thanks again.

With the factory remotes, you wouldn't need any hoses. It gets sandwiched between that top cover (where the hose goes) and the transmission housing. All the ports are routed internally. You would also get all the linkages so it goes on the factory location.

It would essentially look like this:

Another option, is to get like a generic control valve, with either 1 or 2 spools. This requires a little bit of fabrication to mount it, along with various fittings and hoses, specially the power beyond sleeve for that particular valve.
