You may find a New Old Stock pack in a dealership somewhere. Maybe ask your dealer to do a Parts Search ?
The notes say:
"KIT CAN ONLY BE USED ON TRACTORS EQUIPPED WITH SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVES"
